Left: There are multiple genders
If you think communism is right then it's okay but you cannot force others to think the same as you
If you think that you're a girl in a man's body then that's okay too but again, you cannot force others to think the same as you or force them to use a different pronoun or made up pronouns.
Right: There are two genders
If you think there are only two genders then that's okay too but you cannot force others specially the left to think the same as you.
About DEI
Just like when the left embraces communism and we all know that it doesn't work. It's not the ideology that is the fault here, it's government overreach by elliminating private companies and turning them to public service. So It's better to avoid government overreach for whoever's in power (left and right). The left shouldn't force all companies to adapt DEI policies and the right shouldn't elliminate companies who adapted DEI.
DEI policies are bad for the economy according to the Right?
There's been a trend of DEI companies failing to deliver what their customers are expected of them. Their so called 'modern audience' seems very elusive to find and nobody even knows if they exist. (Are they in the room right now?)
Foster competition between DEI and Merit-Based companies without elliminating either one of them. It's essential for an individual to realize his/her own failures rather than being forced to fail because of government policies.
Deter dictators from both sides
Americans are free people right (With all the land of the free and stuff)? Free people should never let dictators from the right and left dictates what they should think.
What's in it for me?
We are a lot a more affected than you think. For example, can't release or play a game without DEI laced on it. There's no more freedom of creativity anymore, why not let anyone release a game DEI or not.
Left and Right are two sides of the same coin
The left symbolizes change (for the better or for the worse), the right symbolizes stability. Both are equally important, it's totally fine to be either left and right but never go far like the left(ards) or right(fags).
